As seen below in the video courtesy of Nick Luciano, the older gentleman, who happens to also be the YouTuber’s father, takes on the task of mimicking the movements and sounds of nearly all of the Overwatch heroes available in the game, with Reinhardt, McCree, Reaper, Pharah, Bastion, Lucio, Soldier 76, Junkrat, Tracer, Winston, Hanzo, Roadhog, Torbjörn, Zarya, Mercy, Widowmaker, and Symmetra all being parodied. Although the likes of Genji, Sombra, Mei, D.Va, Orisa, Ana, and Zenyatta don’t get reenacted, it’s still a delight seeing Luciano’s father enjoy himself pretending to be the others.

For those unaware, this Overwatch-related video isn’t the first time that Nick Luciano’s dad has been recorded impersonating video game characters and their movements. As a matter of fact, the YouTuber managed to not only convince his father into imitating Street Fighter 2’s victory poses, but also he talked him into taking on the likenesses and movements of the taunts for many of the characters in Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros.

All things considered, it’s great to see a father and son bonding over games like Overwatch in a fun way by taking the time to make a silly video together and share it with the Internet. With the popularity Luciano and his dad have garnered from making these parody compilations, maybe Blizzard will take note and eventually decide to add a character modeled after the YouTuber’s father as a playable hero in the game. Who knows? Stranger things have happened.

Overwatch is available now for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
